Refund & Return Policy for Bizmet Services Pvt. Ltd.

At Bizmet Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Bizmet”), we strive to offer high-quality digital services. This policy outlines the refund process for digital services offered by Bizmet.

  1. Refund Policy for Digital Services
  • No Refunds: Bizmet generally does not offer refunds for digital services such as E-commerce solutions, Website Development, Digital Marketing etc.
  • Exceptions: In some special cases, refunds may be considered. These cases include:
    • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon service.
    • Significant errors or omissions in the service that were not due to client-side requirements.

Refunds in exceptional cases are subject to the sole discretion of Bizmet’s management. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review their service agreements before making payments.

  1. Return & Refund Policy for Physical Products

If Bizmet offers and sells physical products, the following terms apply to returns and refunds:

  1. Refund Process
  • Prepaid Orders: Customers who made payments through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or any other prepaid method will receive their refund in the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the bank or payment processor.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via one of the following methods at the company’s discretion:
    • NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
    • IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Cheque
    • Cash Order
    • Other methods as deemed appropriate by Bizmet.
  • Refund Timeline: After a return or refund request is accepted, Bizmet will initiate the refund process within 2 to 3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account will depend on the payment method used and banking procedures, typically between 7-10 business days.
  1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  1. Non-Eligible Products for Refund
  • Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds based on their nature, condition, or hygiene considerations. Non-eligible items will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
